New Coyote Research Out!

Do coyotes living in the city behave differently than those in the countryside? In this video, scientist Dr Roland Kays dives into a massive behavioural study conducted across 16 U.S. cities to test one specific trait: boldness. Using "novel object tests" and camera traps, he reveals how urban environments are physically changing the way these predators interact with the world.

The video is based on a new paper co-authored by our very own Sarah Benson-Amram, Large-scale experimental assessment of coyote behavior across urban and rural landscapes. Check it out here!
